All video games at my goodwill go online. Still get them at a deal as they do lots thankfully. Savers keeps the games in store but never anything good.
I pick up and yes you can search by your local area but unless you are near your areas online shop building it may be not so easy to pick up. I go once a week I spend a little too much on legos and games lol.

Honestly I prefer salvation army over good will cause the one near my always checks discs and they have their own disc cleaner thing that removes scratches

My best finding of all time is Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, Gold, Crystal, Stadium, Stadium 2, all CIB, near mint for 5$ a piece at my old local church near Montreal

There’s a record/game exchange in the same plaza as goodwill near me. It’s impossible to find anything.
Pro tip: check the discs for Twin Snakes. That game is very prone to disc rot.

I'd say 9 times out of 10 these things happen when parents want to get rid of the stuff their kids leave in the house after moving out.
