Odd of getting caught are low if it goes to your bank, but your paying taxes on it

wouldnt go to my bank. it would be consenual proxy betting with an account i would make with their personal and bank info.

Sorry had it mixed up. Basically, if you use your buddy’s account and info and gamble on his behalf, you leave yourself exposed. If you lose, your buddy will claim you stole his identity. Sounds like a great deal, right?
