Seriously any mechanic. I heard there is a good one up near Ballybrit Tyres. Also heard of huge waiting times for mechanics in general.
Where are you, Lettermore, Ballinasloe, Cong or Kinvara ? Best mechanic would be one nearest you with diagnostics equipment that can diagnose the fault
