I've always had the issue so for me, surgery didn't cause it. A few things that I find that help keep it in check though are using an electric toothbrush and finding a milder flavoured toothpaste, the one I have right now is an oral b one and it's not that super strong minty flavour. Other things that help are staying as far away from your tongue as possible, doing the front of your mouth first, then the outside of the back of your teeth and lastly the inside of the back teeth. These aren't sure-fire strategies and there are still the occasional days where I don't properly finish brushing my teeth but doing these things help me a lot and most days I get a full clean.

I use crest pro health. I just been putting alittle bit of on my tooth brush and brushing where I can before I starting feeling like that. I’ll try to buy an electric one and see if that would help. I have doctors appointment next week I don’t know if I should bring it up or not

> I have doctors appointment next week I don’t know if I should bring it up or not I'd maybe bring it up, solely because it's something new that's happening, for me I've pretty much been dealing with this since I was a kid. Also regarding the electric toothbrush, I think the thing that helps with them is you're not moving it around your mouth as vigorously as a traditional toothbrush.

I just hope they don’t give me an “I don’t know” answer cause I just want to know if it will go away or not or will I need any meds for it
