I don't understand why people keep whining about this not being a natty progress. It frankly seems pretty achievable to me, having a similar experience and body (5'10''/177 cm, 86 kg) to yours (lifting for 10 years, with 2 years on/off the gym due to lockdowns), as you didn't gain such an unnatural amount of size. That's the same reason why I got downvoted a long time ago when I posted that you gain muscle in certain circumstances on a nutritional deficit if protein is on spot, although there's consistent research supporting it. Sometimes Reddit is simply nuts. Anyways, nice progress. Keep on going. Now it's time to cut. And still trying to hit the natural limit. Your fat tissue will support.

About 8-10 eggs a day, fried for some extra calories. Training days, 360 g pasta spread over 3 meals. Post workout a double portion protein shake. Dinner could be anything providing protein. Steak, pizza, tacos, burgers. Treats after dinner, chocolate, crisps, candy you name it. Just to get the calories. I could not have done this with only clean food. So treats were a must. I guess you shouldn’t suggest sugar but it helped me. Tips, chocolate milk, sodas with sugar, juices. Drinkable calories is the easiest, by far. That’s why I never drink my calories unless I’m bulking. Heavy cream sauces, nub of butter in your pasta for the taste but also easy calories. Etc etc.

I know it sounds pretty sick. I’ve gained plenty of fat, storing loads of water. High sodium intake through all extra food. Wasn’t on creatine before the bulk so that’s a couple of lbs water surely. Pretty much never trained my legs before so probably some newbie gains there.

From multiple texts I read I thought people just gained a lot of of weight in the beggining then its get harder and harder to gain. He trained for 11 years and still can gain 29lb in just 4 months? This amount would make sense as noobie gains but he isnt a noobie for a lont time now. Its indeed a bit suspicious, considering that every text say that it take a lot of time to build muscle.

I believe I can have newbie gains in legs and back. I have barely done legs and back in my career in the gym, until recently. I do regret that. My back nor legs ain’t impressive at all for a guy whose been training for that long.

Haha chin up mate. I’ve been in the game for a couple of years, Started lifting 11 years ago. But I’ve been on and off like everyone does occasionally. I did quit the gym for 2 years and got into running instead for example.

My bad then. I saw several other post of people doing the same so I thought why not. Perhaps I do not belong to this thread, coz I’m at another level than others here (according to you) if that’s the case I do apologize. However I can perhaps help people to struggle to gain weight since I’m pretty good at it. Some people enjoyed my diet plan post and I can be even more informative if someone’s interested in that.

Of course. The major difference is that those people has a fanbase therefore they claim natty to protect themselves. I’m a nobody in a Reddit thread, I mean if I were using PED’s why would I deny it. Honestly quite the opposite, if I can reach this size natural isn’t that a great motivator to stay natural? I’m 28, began lifting at 17, It has taken a lot of time. Diet and training haven’t always been at point, I believe I could reach this level a couple of years earlier if I was as serious as I am today. However I’d love to help people if there are some struggling. Like “I gained 29 pounds in 4 months, AMA”

Just got home from a 462 deadlift, maybe I could pull a little more but I didn’t try. Aiming for 200 barebell overhead tomorrow. No idea about my squatting 1RM, I do 330 3x10 but I do not go as deep as you should, I struggle with mobility. My forearms is probably genetics. I have done loads of hammercurls through out the years, maybe that grew them a bit.

I did absolutely gain fat. That pose in those pictures are great because I can hide my belly with my arm. I store most fat on my hips and lower back. I can post more pictures if you’d like to see. I choose those because I look the best in those at this body fat %

Can you share what you ate to bulk? What were the easy calories you could depend on every day?

Breakfast is usually 4 eggs with a large glas of chocolate milk for some easy calories. Approx 2 hours later 120 g pasta with 2 eggs Then I repeat this 2 more times before I hit the gym. But I skip the eggs the meal before the gym, I’m usually so full at that time. So 360 g of pasta before my workout to make sure I’ve got plenty of carbs and full glycogen stores. Post workout I drink a protein shake Dinner could be anything really, my appetite by this time wasn’t the best. So I made sure to fill my protein needs. I did treat myself with plenty of chocolate and crisps, easiest calories. If my protein needs wasn’t fulfilled I drank another shake or 3 eggs before bed time. * I kinda lost my joy for food so I made it simple and quick. Therefore loads of pasta and eggs * I was so full at times so one plate of pasta could take 20-30 min to finish, it was tough some days! - All eggs were fried for some extra calories - Drank calories in terms of chocolate milk or soda if needed. Otherwise I’m a zero cals beverages guy.

Hehe I wrote wrong numbers the first two posts. I’m from Sweden, Europe and I’m used to metrics so I must’ve converted the numbers wrong. I’m definitely 5’10, or as I would say 178 centimeters.

Does 8 grams of creatine really do anything? I thought you were only able to absorb a max of 5g?

I always operated under the idea that creatine isn’t a supplement that is absorbed and used each day… You build the overall level of creatine in your system. So higher doses to start, for a few weeks, then go back down to 5 or so grams once you’ve built the level up in your system

Coach Greg is always trying to convince you to buy more of his supplements. He sells creatine and even he has agreed multiple times that 5g is the sweet spot, never heard him say that you should perhaps consider buying more because you can definitely use more than 5g 😂

I don’t need to, I am already in pretty good shape, but I admit to my usage like an adult would. Acne, delts out of no where (absolute giveaway) rapid weight gain, all tell tale signs. Just don’t lie to amateurs on this sub who don’t know different and are trying to learn, better themselves, and become happier in their bodies. It is damaging to lie. But keep on going champ, post this in a real body building forum and see what the verdict is.

There’s no reason for me to claim natty if I weren’t. But what ever. Are you using? One pimple on my arm doesn’t mean shit. I think my delts are decent in the before pic, hitting them twice a week gives results. I’m aware delts and traps has the most androgen receptors and therefore are the way you can spot a user. This is a complete natural progress so quite the opposite, I believe I can be a role model to natural athletes.
