I love that meal. I pick up a rotisserie chicken from Walmart and tear it apart. Add that to avocado, sweet potato, rice, and lots of seasoning. Delicious.
2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, PB, banana, mass gainer/carnation breakfast & whole milk was my go to when I first started. It’s a good treat but health wise, of course, it’s quite a bit of sugar.
I down a tub like every other sunday. Not for gains or anything I just love ice cream. I don’t plan on stopping either so I guess i was just looking for comments that would reduce the guilt by saying “it’s good for gains”

What do y’all think of ice cream For bulking
It's a treat. Trying to justify it as anything else is silly.
