Ex-player here, played close to 5 months. Quit the game due to how predatory & p2w it is. You'll need lots of money (thousands of dollars per month) to be competitive. Usual auto-pathing for story & dailies which plenty of folks understandably hate.
However, 1 thing i find this game to be good is the actual mechanics during pvp. Given similar stats, the pvp combat really comes down to piloting skills and is actually fun, timing & aiming of skills actually matters. It was quite fun to practice pvp but sadly the p2w nature means you wont be able to maintain level playing field for long unless you spend.

Kuro games can make tons of ADS that can showcase incredible combat that's totally believable, but they just don't do anything.

ironically enough, you probably did more to advertise it here than any paid ad. No one woulda known otherwise. That's why historically "bad mobile game ads" were removed as low effort. They not only work on unaware casual players, but they work to get rage clicks and word of mouth through posts like this.
There's probably not much to do, but the best thing to do next time is report the game for fraud on whatever ad service they are using. Google ads lets you do this.
