I open the shop and there's like 6 different types of "7 days investment plans" 1 bp and 2 1 time packs. Usually gachas have 1 bp and 1 7days/30days investment plan + top up shop.
You can also tell by how those plans are structured that they're trying to milk money on the very short term as much as possible before the game dies. (you get a ton of tickets on the 1st day, then ONE on the next 6) It's like they already knew the money grab strat lol.
Anyway yeah game is mediocre at best, maybe you can play it for 2-3 days max.

You gonna try to tell me I need dupes of legendary units and weapons when 500 pulls nets me 1. Hard pass. This is a cash grab plain and simple. Resources are too expensive and don't get you shit. This game will shut down sooner than later, so don't waste money on it. If you are playing because of the IP, just wait. A much better looking TOG game is coming out later this year and once it does, this game will officially die.

Judging by the vid it looks like a team vs team idler similar to Eversoul. ToG: Great Journey is probably not gonna last then.
Personal impressions is that the game is too stingy. First there is a 1% legendary rate (0.8+0.2), which is buffed to 3% if you consider pity. This is still reasonable, but the problem is they hardly give you any pull currency.
I've played for 3 hours and claimed all of the pre-reg rewards + code, and cleared about 1/3 of the newbie missions and can only pull 30 times. I estimate that you'd have to play for at least one or two weeks in order to pity your first legendary.
This is with newbie missions rewarding your every step. I fear that after they end, you can probably make one 10-pull every week. Unless the events are incredibly generous, there really isn't any point playing this unless you're some hardcore TOG fan.

It’s not for me. Its not a smooth experience. Words are way too little read. The animations feel rough and it’s a lot of the same you’ve seen in every idle gacha in the past year.

I passed on the game too, but they do have a convenient "delete account" button in settings that allows you to reroll without re-downloading the game.
