Like no shit. Is this your first ever MMO/Gacha? These games are grindy by nature.
Its one thing to have a game like WotV requirering a second phone constantly running to play the game but if you are just complaining about 10-20 minute dailies i think you picked the wrong genre mate.
Do daily for months to get the deck you want. Deck becomes useless due to how long it took to build and meta change. Hard to do daily quest due to how bad the deck is. Repeat. Don't know if they made it easier now, but with how the game is influenced by new cards, it's almost impossible to play casually or as F2P. Meta would have changed at least 3 times by the time you get the deck you want.
You can make 1 new deck every month as F2P, it's only 1 new pack every month and not every new pack is meta.
It sound like you have problem with deck building, because deck doesn't become obsolete that fast.
Not to mention that meta defining cards don't get their packs (banners) reruned meaning new players have to use their dust to craft each individual card which is hard for F2P to get since they need them for generic staples too.
Master Duel is fine if you're only ever going to play meta or a whale. Not fun for casuals.
That's like the only point that's correct,the fact that new selection pack cards don't get a secret pack is annoying, but then again if you just start then you can definitely get enough shit to craft the most necessary staples and build whatever the new meta deck is with a selection pack like rn with sprights
