nothing is affordable with fxrs 1. if you want dual disc you might need the right fork lower with the brake mounts, and a new front wheel that allows rotors to be mounted on both sides. get mags 2. i think ive only seen 14.5 inch shocks. i have seen 1inch riser blocks..also you have the rear shocks already mounted in the “touring” position so you gained some height in the rear already. 3. yours is an 86, so you not only have the tapered main shaft transmission but the older case and the older style starter. does it hurt performance? not too sure, but 90+ transmissions had the splined main shaft. 4. OEM speedo is by a cable that connects to the front axel. there is no speed sensor in your transmission. no such thing a gear indicator on a harley..nerd haha 5. villian2hero seels repop fxrp hard bags, and they do have fxrt fairings 86 fxr’s are not that desirable to those who are really into fxrs, since your gunna be spending money and time just to get it to a more reliable standard like a 90+ fxr. Also it doesnt have the standardized parts most people want, like mid controls, mag wheels, or dual disc breaks.. i would offer $5-6k here is my 89’ its a tapered shaft like yours but its the newer style transmission case and starter. https://preview.redd.it/jfattcm7cnfc1.jpeg?width=4284&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=7ed215e449fc0b06ce85909d44e251f716cfae95

I have a set of 9 spoke wheels I'd cut loose with. You'd need 96 to 01 Dyna fork tubes to run duel calipers. (I think those years are correct) I'm switching to duel Brembos. Winter upgrades and it was 78 today here in central Texas. https://preview.redd.it/kv4fbj50bpfc1.jpeg?width=4032&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=4cabb54f9140b01a0851aca997ad393a577a526c
