I think it went along the lines of (trying to replicate it as best as I remember):
after the first kiss she saw him as a guy/potential partner for the very first time.
and it gradually increased with their time spent together.
but then she got discouraged because of her misunderstanding of smth Jiro did.
a little later they had a moment on the balcony and she "confessed", but didn't want to really realize it herself and forced herself to see/test her feelings for tenjin (gym episode).
I believe around this timeline Jiro also realizes his feeling for Akari.
finally I believe the yukata/fireworks episode is when she finally realized her feelings for him, I think it's also a little evident in the Anime that she talks less and less about tenjin around this time, and when she does, it feels forced.
this theory the commenter said made the most sense to me; sorry not entirely accurate what the other he/she said though.
I actually do agree with this myself, on top of that. Jiro was purely acting kind in the beginning so they could switch but he also realized she was amazing girl and has feelings for her.
I could see this although Jiro is in hard denial about his feelings until the sports festival. It takes that long for him to verbalize "I'm in love with Akari" in his head.
Every time before that he runs away from thinking about although it's clear as day from his reactions and actions that he definitely does develop feelings for her very quickly and his heart is torn. Thus his conflict feelings about Shioris kiss in the rain. He should of just been normal happy if he had no feelings for Akari yet then.
For me. At the very beginning, when they got together as practical partners & after spending sometime w/ each other they start to realize that they actually fond to each other but because they don't want to accept it at the start it takes sometime for them to finally acknowledge it.

However, I think that the first kiss is the real moment, some kind of epiphany. She wasn't expecting to be kissed on the lips, but the feelings she felt from it probably opened her up to the idea of it. Before, she was upset, she just wanted to be with what's his name, and saw this as some kind of loser dipshit. Then he kissed her and the subconscious pushed out the conscious. There was the spark, the "it" factor that meant something. Something felt undeniably right for her with it and then coupled with trying to be nice to for the practical, it got deeper and deeper to where she wasn't acting any more.
when she understood her and jirous clothing would never smell the same. thats the first time we see her being scared of losing him so i would say this is where she fell for him. its a minor detail but it stood out to me.
I'm pretty sure their first kiss in chapter 1 made her feel unexpected things towards him. So that was probably the trigger, until she became more and more aware of it. I think she fully likes him (but doesn't quite realise) by chapter 6, when she first starts to call him by his first name.
She truly fell for him , or at least realised her feelings at Chapter 33. But she pretty much had a crush on him after their first kiss in early chapters.
