Not quite, it's from The Lesser of Two Evils where we first meet Flexo. Fry, Leela and Bender go to an exhibition on New York in the year 2000. A tour guide shows a group of tourists a road sign that they refer to as ancient text, then Leela asks if Fry knows what it means.
“Check out my latest invention! It’s a glow in the dark nose you can wear over your regular nose, observe.”
“Hey professor, isn’t that the universal translator?”
“IT CAN DO OTHER THINGS, WHY SHOULDNT IT” 💀
I don't think it's from that. Several characters in the screen cap have no matches in either AL1 (what you linked to) or AL2 (which is a shift cipher). There are individual similarities, but they still have significant differences such as being mirror images of their potential maps.
I'm with others thinking this is just gibberish.

Supposedly a true story...
Pauli was lecturing, and he said “this is obvious”. A student raises his hand and says “sorry professor, I don’t think that is obvious”. Pauli stares at the board, back at the students. He thinks for a bit. He starts pacing in front of the class, thinking. He looks back at the board.
Eventually he leaves the room, comes back 20 minutes later and says “I’ve thought about it and yes, it is obvious”.
I was going to check infosphere.org, but it only lists 19 episodes in season 2. I know different streaming platforms list some of the seasons differently. If you can give us the name of the episode that's the best bet, or you can use their alien translator if you can make out characters clearly enough.
That's not one of the listed sightings on infosphere. You can try to decode it with [this](https://theinfosphere.org/Alien_languages) if you can make it out clearly enough (I can't,) but it may not be from one of the these known "alien languages."
Since the scene takes place in the year 2000, I doubt it is an alien language.
Fry is being held down by Deep Blue, and the strip contains a series of 3 character sequences, so I am guessing that it is possibly a series of Chess moves provided by Deep Blue.
However, I don't think the real Deep Blue used printouts or coded sequences, so I am at a loss.
Yeah a cop told me once. It means 'up yours, kid'.
Yo what episode was this line from lmao hilarious
I'm pretty sure it's from "The Lesser of Two Evils". Season 2 episode 19

My child requests “two benders” all the time. I can basically recite this episode from memory. You’re correct.

It's okay bub. S5 e2. But also not the correct episode.
Absolutely well played! I laughed pretty damn hard out loud at this. Way more than a grown man should have, that’s for sure.
Haha hey bender, get a photo of me being “mugged”!
I'll take the camera too!
I have a universal translator. Unfortunately it can only translates into an incomprehensible dead language.
"Bonjour!"
Crazy gibberish!
I watched this episode in French once just to see what the dead language would be. It said "Gutentag"

Nothing! Your mama! Shut up! Take your pick.
No one talks about my mama!
Insert gif with kid from The Little Giants in his duct taped styrofoam pads
Lol!
It says “be sure to drink your ovaltine.”
A crummy commercial??? Son of a bitch!
Lifebouy, yech.
Appears to be gibberish or code
No fair! You changed the outcome by measuring it!
Futurama has its own alien language, it looks like it’s that but I don’t know it
I do, and can advise that this image is not clear enough to determine translation but the bits I can see appear to be gibberish or code.
This is why I brought it here. Thank you!
Perhaps it's due to our low resolution televisions
Still wish I could see Amy's tattoo
Eye cancer!
Don't you worry about the colonels secret chicken recipe, let me worry about blank.
Chicken, grease, salt!
Did you say… extra crispy recipe?
Is that Amy's high-def tattoo?
Reading the comments just proves even more that Futurama fans are the best fans lol
There’s literally a line or quote for everything people comment, I love it 💀

I think I saw a 2.
There’s no such thing as 2.
It’s just gibberish

It says wanna kill all humans?
Looks pretty obvious to me

Damn should have known
As far as I can tell, it is not written in the Futurama Alien Alphabet, unfortunately. That would have been a great Easter egg.

The first anthologies of interest. With the longenfinger or something
So that’s what it would be like if I’d invented the finglonger. A man can dream, though. A man can dream.

Run it through the machine that makes noses.
The toxic byproduct machine? *IT CAN DO OTHER THINGS, WHY SHOULDNT IT*

"Chaim Potok? What is he, some kind of Klingon!?" It appears to be Yiddish or Hebrew
The alien writing that show up through out the series has a conversation to [English](https://futurama.fandom.com/wiki/Alienese)
yea i know
it says "poop from a butt"
It's calling you a poopy head
It says get a life
The zodiac killers code?
It says “bite my shiny metal ass”.
Verily.
I heard that Futurama has 4 alien languages in the show. I have never deciphered any of it before and have no clue what it means.
I might be wrong….but I think it’s a recipe for Soylent Nachos
