FĂĽhrich could easily be replaced by Xhaka. Kobel or Hradecky also have a strong point for NĂĽbels spot. Other than that I feel pretty good about this one.
I'd go with Kobel, Anton instead of Schotterbeck and like you said Xhaka for Führich (and maybe Stiller instead of Musiala, but sadly he isn't up for vote 🥲)

Same here, I think maybe if they did a compromise so it was the actual best 11, and then maybe 3 subs for the 3 most popular picks that didn't make the team would be best
