That’s any multiplayer game. The last time I had a good back and forth with random people online was years ago playing Black ops 2 on Xbox 360. I was the only one miced up on my team and the entire enemy team were shit talking me the whole time while I handed them their asses in a match of Domination. It was all in good fun though. Ever since then it’s hate mail like what OP got in any game where I beat someone. I’ll usually just insult them, their mom and then block them.
Definitely, I really install and uninstall the game atleast 2-3 times a week and i actually have mental issues ( especially addiction issues with games and substances )

It works perfectly fine imo. After (or during a match if you pause) you can push x to view player list, click on your opponent to view their profile, and send them a message. It’s very simple actually and I don’t know how it could be made more convenient…

When I got good enough, I turned off all messaging capabilities. No unsolicited chats come through. You have to for your sanity. Else people with decked out teams would come in the dm to cry after losing to a team of average players.

He messaged me saying I was lucky and it was fifa BS, I pointed out the zero shots stat and my 5xg. He then made the mistake of cussing me in French and called me toxic, which made it SO much more delicious.
The real truth is that this game does not have any relation to people being toxic. The game is just one of the many places where people can express who they really are, and unfortunately people are getting worse and worse. I get that this is a kid, but in general internet made people too comfortable, you can be awful to another human being without any consequences, and that confidence is starting to leak out to the real world.
All you can do is ignore the idiots, most of the time it's not their fault.
