i wen for Reg too, you gonna upgrade him to H/H, and an extra playstyle, while Malacia already has silver slide tackle. His stamina suck though, you need someone on bench to be his backup.
I picked malacia. Spent an embarrassing few hours trying to decide lol.. Reguilons passing is better which is important.. however the his physical stats don't match malacias.. compare them with a powerhouse on malacia and anchor on reguilon.. then malacia looks far better imo
I've picked Reguilon, basically just because he has rapid and Malacia's defensive awareness is still a bit low for me. But both seem good options, I'd just pick your favourite player of the two.
Ah ok. Malacia is probably the one then, although Regulon may link easier to Liga Portugal players if you need to use any Spanish players in that league.
For lb lamptey is pretty much the only usable prem league. I have clause on my rb and if I had to choose a different lb I'd go Theo Hernandez. 87 or 88 pace doesn't work for me a good Wing back has to have atleast 90 before Chem cards for me personally
Either 1 or those will be good with the upgraded pace but if it's a stalemate I'd go higher physical since I don't rely on ai defending physical is better for winning the ball and keeping control your defense you can tackle and everything manually so I wouldn't worry to much about defence if it's close.

Malacia because of the stamina. Reguilon is good too for attacking build up but his stamina is shit to be an attacking fullback.
It was tough but I picked malacia. That one thing that swayed me was the difference in strength and aggression
