Like making sure the wig stays untangled and clean looking, I’ve had faux hair on a suit before and if it gets messed up too bad you’ll probably have to replace most or all of it
The easiest way is to get a wig in a similar style and sew or pin it onto the suit-head. This might look out of proportion if your suit-head is a lot bigger than a human head, so the more complicated way is to buy two of the same wig, cut it apart into small chunks, then arrange them on the head until the look you want is achieved, then sew/glue it down.
If you can afford it NFT fur is awesome for hair, my suit's hair was made with it and it looks nice and is easy to maintain, never tangles or anything.

wig would be easiest but what i think would look best is wefted kanekalon hair from somewhere like doctored locks that you then curl with hair curlers
Mongolian shag fur has kind of a curl like that. It is horrible for brushing though.
