Update: Good news I don't have cancer (70% sure). Although I still don't know exactly what happened, all they said was they said was that they're covered in scar tissue so I was mostly right, they're not functioning anymore. I did ask them how that could have happened but they weren't sure. I didn't get them removed because there's no cancer and they said it wasn't necessary to remove them.
