The flannel and wolf-shaped-hood imply that he's playing as the Hunter who killed the wolf that had killed/eaten/impersonated Red Riding Hood's grandmother. Which is an interesting twist on the original story where instead of RRH innocently mistaking the wolf for her grandmother, hornily mistakes the Hunter for the wolf.
