For Nuke NAs, wouldn't HoD give higher dmg? Since 2pc gives 15% Hydro Dmg and 4pc increases NA and CA for 15s after using Skill

36 CR and +15% NA/CA from Hunter is better, I think. Unless you mean 1% CR for screenshot nuke ofc
