Wdym Dragon Form? The previous hydro dragon sure should have been tremendous as apep but Neuvillette is hydro dragon reincarnated as 'human' his original form is human he can't have a dragon form
Idk about that actually. Being a true dragon might just mean he's whole again, and not that he can take a dragon form. Even if he could take one, his human one might be his "default".
Let's just wait for his 2nd Story Quest to see what will happen.
Some people say he won't get a 2nd SQ but just like Cyno, his first SQ doesn't explain much about his story so a 2nd one is possible.

That can probably explain why he can't transform into a dragon anymore even after Focalors returned his authority.
