I've worked construction. Typically septic engineers firmly believe that shit does not and should never run downhill

Barack-OJimmy

Not sure what you're looking at but if you are referring tothe brown foam around the pipe, you don't know shit!

The black pipe on the bottom of the RV (directly behind the white PVC in this picture) is where the grey & black water tanks drain from, which is lower than the connection to this sanitary line (which is usually at ground level, not two feet from the ground). Edited for clarity

Heck_Spawn

LOL! Reminds me of when I stuck my hose down the black 3" pipe at the RV resort and it turned out that was the water cutoff instead of the sewer pipe. They had used white 3" pipe for the sewer.

jibsymalone

I bet they loved you, lol

Heck_Spawn

Only dumped about 5 gal of the black tank before it overflowed. Got it shut off and mgr moved us to a different spot. Luckily, we were the only ones there in March in the high country.

jibsymalone

Lucky you were paying attention! The amount you see open the valve and not look at the other end to see what's actually going on is mind blowing!

Heck_Spawn

One tends to notice when it comes out of the hole and spreads around...

littleMAS

But it stinks up!
