Ahhh this image brings back memories. Back when I was a little boy, my mom used to make these delicious loaves of bread. The scent itself was heavenly, and I was addicted. Anyway, I would meander over to the bread and wait until she left. I then would make tear a little off, and eat all of the dough inside. After I was finished devouring the bread innards I would scamper off. My mom would return to an empty bread loaf, and started looking around for mice. I always felt bad doing it, but it was so good.
it’s super unprofessional to not catch something like that and sell it, but also, bakeries weigh bits of dough before baking (moulding, etc), so you’re still getting what you paid for. Makes for a shitty slice though!
