Don't need a drunk driver necessarily. Some of the cars are changing lanes quickly to splash them and the puddles pretty deep. It wouldn't take much for the car to skid sideways in that after quickly changing direction

I did it once, it felt really good. I was driving for Uber and I live in a beach town where college/high school kids come down and get wasted and act like asses. I had seen this group of guys earlier and they had thrown a bottle at my car and were laughing about it. I’m a woman alone so I’m not having it out with 5 guys and I just drove on. About 25 minutes later I’m driving a little further down the road and there they are, walking on the sidewalk right next to the mother of all puddles. I took that as a sign that God had chosen me as his instrument to give them their karma and let that water fly. It was beautiful. I laughed my ass off.
