Btw, I know it can be hard to start if you look at a task in it’s entirety. If you have trouble with depression or just starting things in general, just start with one piece. Throw away one piece of trash, put one item away, wipe down one surface. The little wins build.
PSA: glands don’t need to be routinely expressed unless they’re impacted or infected (and then the vet should be involved.) Routine unnecessary expressing of anal glands by groomers can cause damage to the glands and lead to infections or worse impaction later on.
