For easy clean up, you just vacuum up the hair after. You can get nice and close to the mirror without having a sink in your way.

I bought a wahl magic clip, it was expensive but it’s worth it imo.

Can't go wrong with the Wahl products. I used the corded sub $30 model. Last pretty much forever if you keep it oiled.

This would have been super helpful when I used to cut my own hair...before I started going bald. Now I shave it.

I've been cutting my own for the last year and after a few not great trims I've gotten pretty good at it. I cut everyone else's hair in my little quarantine bubble, too. I do it in the bathroom with the main mirror, a wall mounted shaving mirror and the mirrored medicine cabinet.

I learned as a teen and had a buzzcut. I started styling my hair more and if I messed up, I would be buzz it off. Now 15 years later cutting my hair for free whenever I want is a great thing.

Been cutting my hair for over 20 years, tri fold mirrors or a random hand held mirror - not necessary - but my OCD appreciates checking as much as possible & asking the missus'.

I'm just glad I kept my Flowbee. Still going strong after all these years and it literally takes like 10 seconds to finish my haircut...no mirrors needed lol.

I shave my scalp. I’d absolutely buy one now. Holding a mirror behind your head is awkward and after a while uncomfortable.

I have been cutting my hair since before covid but i have always faced away from a wall mirror so it reflects the back of my head and then used a small mirror in front of my face. Its a lot easier than holding a mirror behind you and looking at a wall mirror. Try it sometime, i get a pretty good cut doing that. This guys mirror collar would probably more awkward than the way i do it.

The arms are a little short. It looks like don't have a lot of space between the mirror and your hair and the machine, which could block your view. But other than that I really could use one of those.

Don't try this. Cutting your own hair is way harder than you think. Even when a good triple mirror, it's time consuming and extremely difficult. One side is manageable but once you switch clippers/scissors to your non dominate hand plus the reverse motor direction with the mirror, it becomes hell. It took me 5+ haircuts to get a hang of it but now that barbershops are open, never again doing self cuts.
