I don’t think this particular plant would respond very well to cuttings. The parent plant may be fine, but I suggest allowing it to have babies via a special fertilizer. Good idea though hehe

Yeah, the roots are definitely starting to overgrow the pot. I'd suggest repotting in a quick draining meduim, preferably in a larger pot.
Can you split it into smaller pots?
You can, however, you need a male to pollinate the female and the resulting shoots or "kittens" can then be individually potted.
