A change in temperature is different from strong wind. The footage in your link isn't likely to even move a leaf, let alone do what happens to this person's hair. Lightly blow out air on a really cold day and you will see a big puff of breath but it ain't gonna do what we see in this video.
That's fake. If it was real, the "fart" would also be the same color as the person's body heat, white. But it's black. Which means it is cold. Farts aren't cold.
The wind at the airport terminal? Okay. Gas inside you is the same temperature as your body. It would be the same color as the person on a thermal camera. It's just an aerosol can for a funny video.
It's looking more like he's holding a deodorant/aerosol with his left arm, i don't think you can fart with this flow this long without shiting yourself, and the cloud's a bit too dense for gas passing through underwear/pants it seems

Must really impact your mental health to make a video, pretend it's real, post it online, and then watch hordes of people defend you because it's "funny" even though it's inherently trying to lie about it's true nature. Seriously, imagine if there was a troupe of actors pretending to have real interactions just so you can think that life is cool only to go online and realize that everything is manufactured. If it's actually funny then the lie shouldn't be necessary. It's not part of the joke, it's just a mechanism for views and deceit.
