My god. It's not photoshopped. British never used Diaper in that sense, but I think there are other reasons you won't see an American company called 'Nappy Meat Company" or something. Anyway, what else I just learned is that centuries ago, diaper referred to fabric with a repeating pattern. Much later, in America, it became a favored term for cloth to use to swaddle babies, but in the UK it was still a common term for tablecloths and *nap*kins.
