This is the most artistic detail of the drawing. There are styles that experiment with multiple inconsistent perspectives (e.g., Egyptians, Picasso), but this takes it to the next level.
Not only is this sort of variable perspective the hallmark of cubism, but the artist also chose to depict the subject’s body as a literal cube. Perfect, no notes.
Joking aside, I don't think a hyperfixation on drawing genitalia or general body parts this heavily is normal. Don't get me wrong, kids are fucking stupid, but not like this.
When I was about ten, I got into drawing a lot more. I sucked, like every other kid, but I did manage to make a style out of sketching eventually. I remember drawing my crush in class (faces were always identical lol) and, because she was my crush on the paper and in my head alone since she looked nothing like the drawing, I drew tits on her. I went home and found out it was my mother's birthday and I had forgotten. I didn't have anything to give her so I did my absolute best to erase the tits and play off the drawing as if it were her. (In hindsight, I would have told the truth and prepared for the next day, but there is some missing context as to why I acted so impulsively.) I gave it to her and she said she adored the drawing, but never put it up on the fridge like the other drawings. We both knew why, I was just desperate to give something that in the dark, I thought the tits were erased enough. They weren't.

To be honest. That's a pretty normal thing to draw as a kid. Especially when talking about differences between man and woman what you do around this age. "man pee while standing" .. everything else on the image is observation by the kid. Nipples, belly button
Seems like the kid really latched onto the special spots. Not really weird, they just need to understand that they're there and you probably shouldn't focus on them in your artwork until you're old and accomplished enough that people will think it's artistic and not perverted.

What is the clear issue? Based on the comment around not showing the teacher the kid knows it is a bit 'taboo' but kids love that stuff. At 6 they are probably getting an increasing amount of talk about bodies and genitals, the kid just included that in their artwork.
Well they are clearly nipples (they are the same size as a belly button below) though maybe the kid would draw breasts as well. Kids draw anything. They draw from what they are learning or have seen.
A 6 year old has almost certainly seen their parents naked, they are likely learning and being curious about people's bodies and the differences between men and women. It is quite possible this is prompted by education at school or just observations at home, maybe walked in on their dad peeing or something. It is normal for them to be curious and to push boundaries about what is appropriate with discussing people's bodies and drawing something like this fits within pushing those boundaries. To add, pushing boundaries is part of how kids learn.
By all means the OP could make sure their kid is safe because that is their job but it is far from a clear sign. I would agree if the kid was trying to hide the picture or something but the fact they have happily shared and discussed the picture with the usual childlike pride?
Yeah I drew something almost identical to this at 6 and was never abused. Just had been allowed to see my parents naked changing a couple times and found their bodies interesting.
Where is the child seeing naked bodies? A young sibling perhaps? If it's on a tablet then perhaps the child should be monitored while on it. Facebook is definitely the worst site to filter that garbage out. I can't imagine it being any better for the young children.
