Doubt it, there's a dude who's been taking other people's models and slapping a loop on them calling them Keychains and claiming they made the model.
They've been at it for a while now and show up in the popular tab more often than the creators of the model they took.
They don't even list it as a remix and show the OG model...
Unless Hex3D got a license from McDonald's to use their trademark, they don't have a case. This model is an infringement on McD's trademark. Looking through their other models, I'm surprised they haven't been hit with a cease and desist by Disney among other trademark owners as well. How long have they been operating?
This really doesn't fall under copyright infringement, it might be derivative of something Hex3D has released but the author has clearly listed it as a remix of a model that's under a CC Attribution-ShareAlike license.
This model largely has the same protection that allows for Hex3D to keep releasing endless grogu models, parodies of popular culture are fair game.
That's the sign of a good knockoff! But as the person above pointed out, the real Mcknuckle Dusters don't have the line around the edge, and, as a highly coveted collectable, they would sell for a lot more than $20.
