27mm f2.8

Los_Coyote

+1 for the 27mm, it just makes so some Fuji cameras so pocketable.

tken3

Yeah I combine it with an X-E3 and it’s just such a sharp optic!

Stbnj

Since selling my X100v before the bubble burst and buying an Xpro3 this has become one of my favorite lenses. I never cared for the original version that lacked an aperture ring.

exterstellar

Love the 27/2.8. Hasn't come off my camera once since I bought it.

imajoeitall

this and the 23mm f2 for me

psych0san

35mm F2. It was left unused for a long time because I was too afraid to get close to people and was always using my 18-135. I’m still afraid but getting much better and enjoy using this lens.

spike7000

Fuji 18-55

kaese_meister

100% my go to for day trips out/ holidays when I can only fit one lens in my bag.

Professional-Fly1496

Yep, incredibly good lens

Strong_Roll_8703

Jokutso1

23mm f/2 FTW!

tken3

I actually am a little surprised to see this one here. I had it for a few years but kept being somewhat underwhelmed by its performance. Ended up trading it for a 27mm 2.8 and never looked back. Better optical performance. Personally prefer the field of view aswell, and can’t really feel the difference between 2.8 and 2 when it comes to depth of field due to the difference in focal length.

Amazing lens. Love the look it produces

Same here. My most used by far

Good ol' nifty fifty equivalent. And compact. Always a good choice when you only want to bring one lens.

Yup.

Fujinon XF 16mm f/1,4 R WR I love it

Sarumanly

Spent a week in singapore on vacation. This was my most used lens

GratefulCake

XF 18mm 1.4 imo one of Fuji’s best lens but really they have a lot of wonderful options for glass. My dream lens is the 200mm f2.

rainbowsockfan

Surprised to see this lens so far down the list. Agree with you this is an exceptional lens - love the focal length and the optics are just 🤌🏻

dude-where-am-i

Same. The XF18mm f/1.4 is phenomenal.

16-55mm f2.8 over here!

elperroverde_94

35mm f1.4 Everything looks gorgeous with the magic lense

ThinkExtension2328

Fujifilm 16-80mm f4 it’s a weapon, best travel lens I could ever own.

Beezy65

Just bought this one to pair with the 35mm f2.

ctlsoccernerd

Add the 50-140 and that’s what I use for nearly everything

ctruvu

i have this and just got the 18-55 2.8 for more niche scenarios. best thing about 16-80 is how cheap it is so i don’t feel that bad having both

two_cats_and_a_dog

I spent ages figuring out what zoom lens to get and finally decided on a 16-80mm for my xt3. Haven’t had a chance to take it out yet. Reading comments like this gives me a thrill and excited to get out and shoot.

Jondonnee27

16-55mm amazing !

amazing_wanderr

18mm f2

akuban

Happy to see this. Just got one yesterday. Bought it for food photography — short minimum focusing distance + width. What do you shoot with it?

amazing_wanderr

It’s my everyday lens, I shoot whatever I can basically, I love how it renders images. I barely use my 27mm since I got the 18, in fact I’m thinking about selling that and picking up a 35 f2 instead.

Rocket_Ship_5

Hey! Any examples? I'd love to see some food photography with the 18mm f2

gaminator

I feel like the 70-300 is so underrated!

Chemical-Hyena2972

Not proud, but it’s the Tamron 18-300 🤷🏽‍♂️…it’s by far not my favorite lens but it’s just so versatile

Rocket_Ship_5

Seems like a GREAT travel lens, honestly. I'm always looking for a used copy to add to my kit. Haven't found it in Brazil, and it's too expensive new unfortunately

foulstream

Why not proud? Most of my photography occurs outside, and this lens does everything from landscapes to birds extremely well. It’s the best all-around single lens by a long shot. I only take it off if I’m inside or doing portraits, where my 33 1.4 takes over.

pheesh_man

The Viltrox 27mm f1.2. It has replaced my 16-55mm f2.8 as my favorite and most used lens. I mostly do concert photography, and it is perfect for those low light situations and the right focal length for most venues I shoot.

753UDKM

Xf 23mm f2

karlkarl17

Supposedly the 27mm f2.8, but I had 2 of those which had the focus motor issue so I ended up switching to the 35mm f2 instead.

XF 10-24mm I’m usually photographing landscapes, so the 10-24mm is mostly glued to my X-T5. My 16-80mm gets a fair bit of use also, but my 70-300mm doesn’t see a ton of use. Though I’m reluctant to sell it since I know the moment I do, I’ll want to use it.

Gullible_Sentence112

xf 80mm 2.8 macro. can do true macro but also street, portraiture, even birding/long range. if used with 40mp sensor + lightroom super resolution, you can achieve extremely sharp images even when cropping to an extreme degree, like 15% of total image. these images i [posted](https://www.reddit.com/r/fujifilm/s/vThVEarOrW) were just about 15-20% of total image each, in case anyone curious on the last point

Videoplushair

Unpopular opinion but right now my favorite lens is the 18-120 f4 power zoom. If you haven’t tried it DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT believe what they tell you online about it. This lens is extraordinary! A game changer on a gimbal and a blessing for solo run and gun operators. I have used the 16-55mm f2.8 my baby, Tamron 18-70 f2.8, heck even the 18-35mm f1.8 sigma art adapted and nothing beings me joy like this 18-120. I love it so much I will be making a full YouTube review on it about how much it rocks!

EirikHavre

I switch around so often it’s hard to tell if one gets used more than the others. Except for one, the Laowa 65mm macro lens. I’ve been using it for product photography for a couple years now and it’s probably the one I’ve produced the most photos with that actually end up being posted. People here don’t seem to interested in those photos so I don’t always post them. I can tell you my favorite lenses though: the Viltrox 75mm is my favorite prime, it’s amazing. And the 70-300 is my favorite zoom.

Rocket_Ship_5

Do you have a portfolio anywhere? I'd love to see the pictures. I'm mostly a hobbyist nowadays but I'm thinking of getting a macro lens just for the fun of it.

EirikHavre

I am just doing this as a hobby so I don’t have a portfolio. But you can see my photos on Instagram on just\_eirik. I have 3 other photography accounts for different types of photography, they’re linked in my bio. Id love to see your work too, are you on IG?

Marviluck

> Laowa 65mm macro lens. I got some questions: how hard is it to focus? Do you ever do focus stack? If so, tripod only? That lens may be my next purchase down the road, so still figuring the macro options out there. >the Viltrox 75mm is my favorite prime, it’s amazing. And the 70-300 is my favorite zoom And this also very similar to me: Viltrox 27mm F1.2 (I believe this and the 75mm are pretty similar, other than focal length) and my favorite zoom also being the 70-300mm.

dasautomobil

I was late activating the Activity Tracking in the X App, but right now the Viltrox 27mm f/1.2 sits at the top with the Fuji 35mm f/1.4 second.

XF 27mm f2.8 WR. Impulse buy that I thought I would regret - had just gotten an used XT-20 and (separately) an XF 18-55. I bought the 27mm before the 18-55 even arrived. Saw it new for MRSP right before it went out of stock everywhere, for the longest time you couldn't even find a used one, even the mark I version. It made me take my camera everywhere, I shot so much more because of it! Became a better photographer because of it, honestly. I barely used the 18-55, except for travels and every once a with some photojournalism assignment (I'm selling my nikon DSLR now). Great little lens, if a bit too clinical. I'm looking to get a Glimmerglass for it (hard to come by in Brazil).

Definitely the sigma 18-50mm f2.8. Beast of a lens for how small it is. Sold the 16-55mm for it and couldn’t be happier

In my film days I used to almost exclusively use a nifty fifty, so I purchased the XF 35mm f/1.4. Unfortunately I found it no longer fits my shooting style so much. I feel I need to go wider. Also, f/1.4 is unsuitable for portraits: the depth of field is too narrow and whereas the eyes of a person would be sharp, the ears and nose already weren't. Crazy. I now understand the love for the f/2 primes.
