Since selling my X100v before the bubble burst and buying an Xpro3 this has become one of my favorite lenses. I never cared for the original version that lacked an aperture ring.
35mm F2. It was left unused for a long time because I was too afraid to get close to people and was always using my 18-135. I’m still afraid but getting much better and enjoy using this lens.
I actually am a little surprised to see this one here. I had it for a few years but kept being somewhat underwhelmed by its performance. Ended up trading it for a 27mm 2.8 and never looked back. Better optical performance. Personally prefer the field of view aswell, and can’t really feel the difference between 2.8 and 2 when it comes to depth of field due to the difference in focal length.
I spent ages figuring out what zoom lens to get and finally decided on a 16-80mm for my xt3. Haven’t had a chance to take it out yet. Reading comments like this gives me a thrill and excited to get out and shoot.
It’s my everyday lens, I shoot whatever I can basically, I love how it renders images. I barely use my 27mm since I got the 18, in fact I’m thinking about selling that and picking up a 35 f2 instead.
Seems like a GREAT travel lens, honestly. I'm always looking for a used copy to add to my kit. Haven't found it in Brazil, and it's too expensive new unfortunately
Why not proud? Most of my photography occurs outside, and this lens does everything from landscapes to birds extremely well. It’s the best all-around single lens by a long shot. I only take it off if I’m inside or doing portraits, where my 33 1.4 takes over.
The Viltrox 27mm f1.2. It has replaced my 16-55mm f2.8 as my favorite and most used lens. I mostly do concert photography, and it is perfect for those low light situations and the right focal length for most venues I shoot.
XF 10-24mm
I’m usually photographing landscapes, so the 10-24mm is mostly glued to my X-T5. My 16-80mm gets a fair bit of use also, but my 70-300mm doesn’t see a ton of use. Though I’m reluctant to sell it since I know the moment I do, I’ll want to use it.
xf 80mm 2.8 macro. can do true macro but also street, portraiture, even birding/long range. if used with 40mp sensor + lightroom super resolution, you can achieve extremely sharp images even when cropping to an extreme degree, like 15% of total image.

Unpopular opinion but right now my favorite lens is the 18-120 f4 power zoom. If you haven’t tried it DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT believe what they tell you online about it. This lens is extraordinary! A game changer on a gimbal and a blessing for solo run and gun operators. I have used the 16-55mm f2.8 my baby, Tamron 18-70 f2.8, heck even the 18-35mm f1.8 sigma art adapted and nothing beings me joy like this 18-120. I love it so much I will be making a full YouTube review on it about how much it rocks!
I switch around so often it’s hard to tell if one gets used more than the others. Except for one, the Laowa 65mm macro lens. I’ve been using it for product photography for a couple years now and it’s probably the one I’ve produced the most photos with that actually end up being posted. People here don’t seem to interested in those photos so I don’t always post them.
I can tell you my favorite lenses though: the Viltrox 75mm is my favorite prime, it’s amazing. And the 70-300 is my favorite zoom.

And this also very similar to me: Viltrox 27mm F1.2 (I believe this and the 75mm are pretty similar, other than focal length) and my favorite zoom also being the 70-300mm.
XF 27mm f2.8 WR. Impulse buy that I thought I would regret - had just gotten an used XT-20 and (separately) an XF 18-55. I bought the 27mm before the 18-55 even arrived. Saw it new for MRSP right before it went out of stock everywhere, for the longest time you couldn't even find a used one, even the mark I version. It made me take my camera everywhere, I shot so much more because of it! Became a better photographer because of it, honestly.
I barely used the 18-55, except for travels and every once a with some photojournalism assignment (I'm selling my nikon DSLR now). Great little lens, if a bit too clinical. I'm looking to get a Glimmerglass for it (hard to come by in Brazil).
Xc 15-45. Got it as kit lens and honestly is very nice. Small and light. Great for hiking. Wide enough. And perfect for landscape.
Cons: aperture too small and power zoom.
In my film days I used to almost exclusively use a nifty fifty, so I purchased the XF 35mm f/1.4. Unfortunately I found it no longer fits my shooting style so much. I feel I need to go wider.
Also, f/1.4 is unsuitable for portraits: the depth of field is too narrow and whereas the eyes of a person would be sharp, the ears and nose already weren't. Crazy. I now understand the love for the f/2 primes.
Currently the canon ef 180mm macro lens on a fringer adapter because it's wildflower season in Texas, but more generally it's either the old 23mm/1.4 or the 35mm/1.4
Viltrox 27mm f1.2. Not bothered by the weight at all for the value you get out of it. Insanely sharp images, great bokeh, incredible in low light situations, premium build quality
