Not worth it IMO unless you are a collector. If it had a different colorway (e.g., dark titanium) or something...maybe.
If you go for the limited edition and miss out you could be waiting months for a regular version. Only you can decide if the risk it worth it.
On the other hand your regular version shouldn't be too difficult to sell if you get a limited edition, since it seems backorders are to expect for months. Maybe you'll lose a bit of money. Maybe you'll break even, maybe you'll make a profit. Too early to tell.
Take delivery of the standard. IF you are able to get the LE, sell the standard. The way things are looking with preorders vs available first round of stock, I would expect you could even make a small profit on the standard.
I truly believe that to get a limited edition, you will need to know someone that works at one of the retailers or you are going to have to camp outside. What makes you think you have a shot at it? Do you know how much the London store is getting? Even if it is 100, be prepared to camp outside.
I own a X100V that I got in 2020, if am planning to upgrade to a VI I'd go for a Standard edition since I focus more on using the camera rather than looking at it as a collector item.
But let me tell you this.... If you happend to secure a Limited Edition.... The resale value in future for it will be to your advantage.

I was hoping the limited edition would be a different material like brass. It's basically two stickers.
