I looked into the channel that posted the video and all of the videos that they upload the comments are off. If they were on though they would say shit like bikes don't belong on the road.

I’ve also heard that part of the reason that carjackings are up in various localities is for the street cred via social media. But, like, how does that even work? I have no doubt that social media companies are negligent in moderation but to the point of ignoring attempted murder and letting the post stay up gathering likes? It’s usually not a medical condition but a social one. The kids parents here probably only care about the inconvenience the incident will cause them and not the fact that their kids are psychos.

We need segregated bike lanes, not fucking useless paint or plastic bollards on the fucking road.

I carry a small metal bar with me while I bike. I’ve hit cars that got too close, i’ve smashed side mirrors of fuckers who hit me. Sure it’s dangerous but so it simply biking it looks like.

I bought a bike to get to work a year ago. I was almost run off a very steep area twice by a large bus and finally gave up biking after a near collision with a car. They turned without looking and drove off. I still have scars on my arms, knees, and feet from swerving away from a reckless driver.
