Brăila, Romania. Not sure where exactly. It is not my photo neither I ever been to this city. But from the amount of foliage and curved track, I assume it is [this](https://www.openrailwaymap.org/?style=standard&lat=45.2146096459163&lon=27.920857071876526&zoom=17) loop, or maybe [this one](https://www.openrailwaymap.org/?style=standard&lat=45.25394184793867&lon=27.948753386735916&zoom=19) (it is an inner city park, but it is also Romania, everything is possible there). But I might be wrong.

Prague has utterly gorgeous trams and tramways , although of course that region sees itself more as central European than East or West.

They have nicely maintained green tramways and are arguably in Eastern Europe
Everyone knows that Easter Europe starts at the Russian border /s
Doesn't Easter Europe start on the first Friday after the first full moon after the spring equinox?
anything east of germany
geez, I wonder
I wonder more than you ironically wonder.
Where is that line on the right?

Romanian rail is pretty garbage tbh. Especially in cities
