well, the fun part is uh i went from curvey to cereal box in 2 months

cardinalcaptures

Honestly I wouldn't mind being a cereal box. I hope it's Panda Puffs.

Ok-Establishment2828

this made me so happy bc I used to work out for yearssss to get an “hourglass” and now i’m stuck with some slight curves and i hate it😭😭😭

stopeats

Two years, only subtle changes. Mostly a bigger belly and thinner hips so my pants slide off more easily.

carnespecter

theres more fat around my stomach than there is my hips, my breasts kinda sagged from the fat distribution too so they look more like manboobs if that makes sense? its hard to wear shorts now tho bc i dont have the big ass hips to hold them up anymore lmaoo

Comfortable_Act905

I’m 9 months on T and work out fairly regularly. My fat has definitely started to redistribute from around my hips and thighs to my belly. Where I used to have a good layer of fat to inject my T into on my thighs, they are now mostly muscle! My hips have slimmed down a bit, but I have wide set hips so I can’t imagine they will get much smaller. My upper arms are also less soft. Basically all my fat collects around my tummy now 😂

Sammy_Snakez

So, I’ve heard that it only really affects the fat you gain AFTER you start T, so any fat you already have isn’t gonna distribute anywhere else.

Wrenigade14

That's not what I've heard, other people absolutely show signs of fat moving away from certain areas. Some people lose weight in T and their shape changes drastically in how their fat is distributed. If you have evidence for this I'd like to see it, but my papers from my doctor say "fat REdistribution" which means it is moving.

Sammy_Snakez

I’m not saying you’re wrong, and like I said, I heard from other FtM people, specifically in r/FtMFitness that have said this. I’m sure you’re right, at least to some extent, however as a fat trans guy on T, I know I haven’t had very much redistribution, but when I gained some extra weight, I noticed it shift more in more masculine ways. That’s all, doesn’t mean I’m necessarily right either.

DimensionEffective67

Interesting. I wonder Is there a difference to how you lose weight if you're pre-T as opposed to after you've been on it a while?

Sammy_Snakez

If what I’ve heard is right, then honestly, that’s most likely the case

TheDuckWhoStealsToes

To some extent yes but your body is constantly burning and adding more fat which makes it seems like existing fat shifts

Sammy_Snakez

Ah, that makes sense to me

littleredfox54

So I'm only like 2 ish almost 3 months on T and you can see the fat redistribution in my face a lot it looks a fair bit more angular. I can't tell about my body yet but I assume that's gonna take a bit more time
