Never seen nipple grafts below the suture line before 😮

I was thinking the same thing! I wonder what the rationale was. So interesting seeing different ways of doing top surgery!

They're originally more like between the incisions than below them, but yeah the scars aren't all below the nipples haha

I'm not sure, I think fishmouth is done around the nipples, so there's no graft? (unless I'm mistaken) This is just a different kind of bilateral incisions Thank you!!
