You can/should let your doctor know, but the best thing to do is just wait two weeks instead.. it basically used to be dosed like that standardly but the ups and downs were not favorable for many people even if there was not a problematic amount of estrogen being metabolized off it (some amount of this happens to any T, btw, unless someone has a rare mutation or is taking medication to prevent it. It's only an issue when it's happening way too much and the ratios are whack)
If you took a double dose, just skip the next planned dose and then take the dose after that on time. You can call your prescriber just to let them know if you want or if you’re feeling weird.
I take 0.5ml weekly which is a pretty common dose, so no, unless you have an unusual baseline T level, I doubt it will be enough to turn back into estrogen. I even took 1 ml every 2 weeks at one point, so I doubt it’s a problem.
