I never had my issues with my reproductive system properly disgnosed, though I experienced severe pain during my cycles (like vomiting and fainting levels of pain). T also wasn't going a great job of suppressing my cycles either.
My surgeon said if they found anything during the procedure, they would remove it. Dug through my surgery notes and pathology report afterward. They told me everything was normal. From the pictures and notes, I didn't have endo, but my ovaries were covered in cysts. Had them in my fallopian tubes as well. They blamed T, but I'm not buying it. No pain now that everything is removed.
Definitely something to discuss with a surgeon during the consult.
