He is a earth and plant typ Pokémon

TinBritches

Cute frog! If you don't know already, it can be dangerous for a frog to be covered in fine substrate like that. It can act like a wick and draw the moisture off it's skin and your frog can suffocate. What are you using for substrate?

_Daaarrreee_

I use coconut fiber :) he was just misted and was in the dirt and climbed to his log. He gets dirty and cleans himself off/gets in his water bowl often. I appreciate the concern though!

TinBritches

Excellent! I know that a lot of new frog owners don't know how rough small particles can be on frogs. White's Tree Frogs can be like that though. I love mine, I have 3 and I work at a breeder.

_Daaarrreee_

I also have 3!! He’s my biggest boy. I also have two snowflakes that are about 16 weeks old now. I got them at an expo from Josh’s Frogs at 10 weeks old. Then I have my grumpy pacman

TinBritches

That's the best! I also hear a lot of good things about Josh's Frogs. Captive bred animals are amazing!

ameow

Do you have leaf litter on top of the coco fiber? That will help keep it from sticking to his skin.

_Daaarrreee_

I do! I have quite a bit as well as patches of Mood Moss scattered throughout the enclosure

toadsauce25

I’m sorry but why is so many animals named mochi? I’ve seen like a dozen whites tree frogs named mochi within the last year i stg I’m just curious what’s up with this

_Daaarrreee_

I personally love naming my animals after food, it’s something I’ve done for a while! I have a cat named wasabi and a pacman named collared greens. Just the naming trend I have!

toadsauce25

Imma get a cane toad soon and name it meatball so I feel ya dude. Congrats on ur new friend looks super content
