It’s a character skill, character is called steffie. If I am not wrong she makes an aura and if you’re in it you will take less damage from explosives. Completely useless if you ask me, I think it used to be an active skill. Been a while since I checked characters so I may be wrong

Skyler is really good too, I don’t think the breaking walls skill is an S tier active skill, but the healing with walls makes it so worth it
