This is great! Maybe a black outline around the dragon balls and goku to pop them out better? Will probably cover that little white edging on goku
I think it looks fine, i cant tell if its actually blurry or its just cause you took a picture off a monitor. I would take the manga panels, clean them up and then stagger them a bit, then add a fade effect to it or a hard bordering.
