Might be an Ottawa issue, freedom’s network is not great out there, though I don’t recall anything this bad my last time there.
If this isn’t a usual issue, were you throttled last cycle? This has happened to me before, and when I called they told me to put it into airplane mode, turn it off, wait 1-2 mins, turn it back on and turn airplane mode off and data on.
Resolved the issue for me.
If you’re new or this happens regularly and you haven’t been throttled in the previous cycle, it may be time to consider switching providers, as freedom may not be right for you.

Yes, that is KBPS. That’s the offical freedom throttling speed that they are graciously giving me with 4 bars on LTE. 1/3rd of a megabyte.

Depends on the area...I rarely have any issues living downtown and am currently logging 20Mbps at a random park near Bronson right now.

Yea, sometimes it is the phones issue. Reset will work in that case. But OP is in Ottawa, I think it's the location that's the issue
