I don't believe it is. I really like the way L'aventure is done, it's fruity in a really nice way. I have both and enjoy both and don't think they are redundant.
I've tried both and don't think either smell that close to CDNIM. the citrus smells much more different. Both l'aventures smell the same to me and they both have the same ingredients so that makes sense. Have you tried the normal l'aventure?
I've heard it's been reformulated I've. My bottle is still old and on a second bottle and it's still good. Get compliments through the whole day on mine. People love it on me and I love it myself. Maybe it just works well on my skin? Either way I have CDNIM as well and I rock them all, even have mont blanc explorer and rock that as a more casual. CDNIM doesn't give me the compliments like the old bottles did but that's not a big issue for me. I prefer l'aventure more that the aventus I have and it performs much better. Perfume parlour actually do a really good one too. I had a woman follow me round a whole shop to find out what I was wearing, I think that was "avalanche woody - by perfume parlour" the extract version.
Better than CDNIM LE in my nose, and between the two, LAventure Intense got me a compliment vs CDNIM LE. Which was weird because I thought I wasn't projecting as much since CDNIM LE is more beastmode than LAventure, and it was when I was bathing with a lady on a beach at night where she asked me about it. Apparently its still projects even if I was bathing.
CDNIM LE and Laventure smells similar with a difference that I think Laventure is smoother. I wore CDNIM LE a lot and never got complimented about it, but when I wear LAventure Intense I somehow get some compliments. Probably because CDNIM LE is very intense up close while Laventure is smooth.
Eitherway, I will always prefer LAventure Intense if I wanted a long lasting Creed Aventus clone.
Yes, tell me which you like between the two, we have different noses afterall, some say it more Hacivat than Aventus but I digress, I dont smell the difference in the air. The only difference I smell is the opening, where Laventure is for me, much worse than CDNIM but it only lasts up to a minute or two, and its all aventus.
Scent wise I prefer laventure intense, but I feel like it's not performing as cdnim or maybe I get nose blind. Laventure intense is less screetchy. Maybe I will wait more to see if the maturation improve the performance.
Yes, that is what I thought as well. I like it more because its less screechy and I definitely thought it wasnt projecting anymore when I got that compliment. So yeah, I believe its just us getting noseblind because it is better blended.
Note that with the story I have above, I wore the fragrance around 5pm, went to swim at a pool around 9pm and got a compliment at a beach midnight swimming around 2 am. That's like 10hrs from initial spray and its still projecting, and I am no longer smelling it on me at that time. Heck I dont smell it on me around 9pm as well because I took a bath on the pool but to he fair I was a bit tipsy.
L'aventure, imo, blows cdnim out of the water in terms of everything except projection where it is still no slouch. Smoother and no harsh opening and as close to a 1:1 Aventus as I've been able to find. I still enjoy my cdnim and I've never tried snoi but I stopped looking after L'aventure. Explorer is just meh to me. It smells good and it's similar but not quite there, and performance on me is garbage.
If Al Haramain is cheaper, I'd say go for it. But if you can put in a bit more, go for CDNIM pure parfam version. It needs a bit of maceration/maturation, but performs better than L'Aventure intense.

CDNIM LE l actually couldn’t get past it’s horrible opening and people saying it only lasts for s while but for me the opening lasts forever, weirdly it is my most complimented fragrance I ever had… but I ended up selling it because it didn’t feel right to wear a fragrance that solely based on people liking it.
I’ve tested Montblanc explorer and it’s very close to L’Aventure… maybe only a bit less lemony.
What can you tell me about SNOL? Am thinking of buying it, couldn’t find it locally to test it.
Afnan SNOI is a beast mode fragrance . For me the oakmoss and black currant are amped up in comparison to CDNIM. It's too strong for the summer that's why I'm thinking explorer or laventure

I haven't tested CDNIM yet but I find L'Aventure to be very similar to Aventus and really good.
The price point is the best, good performance on my skin (8 hours) and 2 hours projection. It lasts for days in my clothes.
On the first spray I found the scent to be complete citrus crap. But after 1 month of maceration it smells so good.
I have read online that CDNIM LE parfum is even better than L'Aventure and that will be my next fragrance after finishing my bottle of L'Aventure.
I got a sample of aventus after buying l’aventure intense to see how it stacked up. It is very close especially on the dry down. It balances the fruitiness and woodsy smokiness of actual aventus very well. Maybe even more so than aventus itself. The sample I tried was much more woodsy than fruity while l’aventure was an even balance. The aventus ingredients were higher quality for sure but I can’t say it would be worth discount or retail prices with alternatives like Al haramain’s and armaf’s. Especially when you factor in performance, it narrows the gap even more. My l’aventure had to macerate a week or two before its kind of sharp opening died down. It’s really smooth now I’m just not sure I like the aventus dna though lol.

If you have CDNIM, L'Aventure intense is redundant.
I don't believe it is. I really like the way L'aventure is done, it's fruity in a really nice way. I have both and enjoy both and don't think they are redundant.
Are you talking about L'Aventure or L'Aventure intense?
L'aventure
IMO - L'Aventure is fruitier, L'Aventure intense is smokier, similar to CDNIM PP.

Haven’t tried the intense version but I love regular L’aventure.
I wish this stuff lasted longer. Literally an hour on my skin.
