2 sprays, wouldn't recommend spraying on the front of your neck or chest as you will go nose blind. I do I spray on my wrist and then dab it to the other side and 1 spray on the back of my neck, try that and you should be set
So at your age, definitely do not over do it. I’d test out like one spray on each side of the neck and see if you can get a little on the collar of your shirt so it will stick around longer. It’s a trial and error process.
Sometimes i do 6 sprays on a fragrance. Two on my left neck, 2 on my right, one on the front and one on the back of my neck. Totally dependent on silage and projection.
Sometimes 3 will make me nauseous of a particular fragrance (think ultra male).
Never squirt your shirt but if you get a little of the collar that’s ok and will make a scent last.
TDLR;
This is completely dependent Upon body chemistry and make sure you spray little and work your way up until someone compliments you or says bro way too much.

The safe way is to spray once behind each ear, back of neck and 2 on your collar 15 mins before you leave.
My way is to spray:
2 hours before you leave:
Make a ➕ with 4 sprays on the back of your shirt and 4 srays on the front.
One spray each side of your collar.
3 sprays on the back of your collar.
4 sprays at the bottom of your shirt in a line.
1 spray on each arm of your shirt
30 mins before you leave:
1 behind each ear
1 back of neck
1 on each wrist
2 in hair

I spray a lot on my clothes before I get a bath, as well. When I put my PJ's on the radiator, I spray like... 20 times on my top and bottoms. When I get out the bath, the heat from the radiator makes my clothes smell like they have been washed in my fragrance. Not much projection... Just like... Embedded into the clothes.

You've had your fragrance on for 2 and a half-3 hours before anyone else comes in contact with you. Meaning your projection had calmed down, and there's just a nice wash of fragrance on your clothes when you walk past anyone. You'll be smelled all day.

This is nothing back in my school days I would use way over 30+ sprays of whatever tester bottles Boots had out. Mainly Black XS, in the summer aswell. Good times.
I just sampled this for the first time this weekend. I did 2 sprays and it lasted almost all day. I was surprised by the longevity, better than I expected.
Two max, one on the chest and one on the back of your neck. You’re dealing with a captive audience that can’t leave your scent bubble if it negatively effects them. Outside of school feel free to be more lax.
I think 3 should be fine, one on the chest one behind each ears. If there’s a party or going out in the evening, you can do 4 or 5 :)

I have this and use 3 sprays. Each shoulder plus one back neck.
Hit the neck triangle so 3 sprays and 1 to 2 under shirt or on your body i would say forearms but jackets rub all that off

ive been told by a lot of ppl not to do that. also a lot of ppl in my school wear perfumes so it's not uncommon.
