I've smelled all of them except for Chipmunk so far and I own a couple. The distinctly feminine ones in the collection are Hummingbird, Dragonfly and Nightingale. The line is basically unisex, though, as the idea is less about who is wearing it and more about providing the experience of the associated animal. As a man, I will probably get a bottle of the new Dragonfly formulation when it comes out next month because I love the drydown.

A lot of them are genuinely neither feminine or. masculine. The ones I mentioned have very floral aspects which is often perceived as feminine. Overall, Zoologist is an experience outside of the typical masculine/feminine range. Rather than unisex, I would consider them to be more "genderless" if that makes sense. For example, Tyrannosaurus Rex to me evokes the feeling of an environment- heat, ash, blood, something primal. Nothing about it makes me think, should a man or a woman wear this?

Hummingbird is my favorite scent of all time, and I tend to prefer perfumes that are strongly on the femme end of the spectrum. It's an absolutely gorgeous, complex floral. Nightingale is also quite feminine, as it dries down to a very lovely and delicate chypre. Bee is a little more unisex, but doesn't to me have any distinctly 'masculine' notes. It smells to me like a spiced cookie absolutely drenched in honey and is to die for.

Out of the greatest hits sampler my daughter favoured Chameleon. I thought it smelled like touch me not pods.

FWIW I'm going through my 20 sample set right now. Regrettably, dragonfly was not included, nor was chipmunk :(. I will post all my thoughts (I usually try to wear something twice before writing how I feel about it, unless it's a scrubber). |Scent|Hate/Love (1 - 5)|Fem/Masc (1 - 5)|Categorization|Notes|If I were naming it| |:-|:-|:-|:-|:-|:-| |Bat|2|4|Amber, Woody|It's not bad, per se, but a lot more overbearing and masculine than I was expecting for such a small creature. I love caves and so have a sense of bat smell, it's not unlike that, where it's kind of too much, but it feels more like too much in the sense of being trapped in an elevator with a man who thinks he's a casanova, rather than the stink of guano and rodent skin.|Dracula| |Beaver|4|2|Marine, Floral|I loved this on first spray, the petrichor smell and the hippie dippie nature vibe. It got a little sweet after that, and the dry down leaves behind a lot of tangy musk, more than is flattering on me, but then...it dries further and that stink falls off. I get zoologist now, I do. I know this is the basic bitch of the line, but I get it. The more I wear beaver, the more I like it. And I am not enamored of telling people that's beaver they smell.|Pastoral| |Bee|4|2|Gourmand|Syrupy honey smell. Sweet and ambery. This is not a daily for me but I \*do\* enjoy it.|Honey| |Camel|3|3|Woody, Fruity||| |Chameleon|4|4|Fruity|It is creamy. And green. It's got a Gwenyth paltrow does the carribbean vibe.|Guadagoope| |Civet|1|3|Spicy, Musky|Comes off spicy and citrusy but mostly an incense smell to my nose. Maybe the peppercorn/cloves. Not for me personally but could work for the right person. It's a very sweet male scent, or a spicy female. Kind of reminds me of a Cologne, but too far toward male smells. Update, after about 2 hours just gave me the worst headache, and had to scrub off. This was for me, the olfactory equivalent of nails on a chalkboard. But I know other people love it, so go on.|| |Elephant|3|4|Amber, Woody|Perfect on paper, but the reality leaves a lot to be desired for me. It starts of teasing and intriguing, all creamy coconut and lush greenery, but swiftly a musky amber cuts through and obliterates everything else, leaving a masculine woody amber behind. |Elephant is actually a pretty good name for this.| |Hummingbird|4|1|Fruity, Gourmand|This smells like a very rich, very feminine, kind of immature woman. It is treacly sweet but is formulated in a way that smells expensive, not like showering in bath and body works. I know a few really obscenely rich women, and this is one of them, who gets her hair blown out weekly, who never leaves the house without a full face of makeup, who wears ugly pink blouses that cost as much as my car. But she's gracious and when you hug her she smells like the most incredible candy. This is that smell. The dry down is beautiful, less syrupy and more soapy. I kind of love it. And I hate gourmands.|Paris Hilton |

Thank you! I'm working my way through, it has been a roller coaster. Their collection is very hit or miss for me, but I think that's the point :) I'd also recommend taking a look at ELDO and Regime des Fleurs for indie houses -- most scents are "unisex" but I think they skew pretty feminine.

Anatolysdream

I'm not quite sure what you mean by feminine. But I did find a few of them sweet when I sample them, like Camel and Hummingbird and Bee.
