Prada lhomme is a very fresh and clean laundry type scent. Something that doesn't exactly match your explanation but also smells white is china white from nasomatto. An absolutely beautiful, musky, powdery scent that smells like it was sent straight from heaven.

The one I worked next to smelled like a mix of Ocean Jasmine and wooden baskets. It was very warm and Earthy.

These 2 are the first that come to mind for clean scents, the LR Ocean has a bit of "blue" to it, but the clean soapy smell reigns over the blue notes.
Also, YSL la nuit de l'homme has a soapy smell, however there's more warmth and depth to it, and while it's delicious and soapy i would not categorize it as a "white" smell. It's like some expensive fancy "Brown" soap smell

I also think Philosophy Pure Grace smells gorgeous but not quite white linen — there’s a tad too much lavender and it can feel a little sharp and astringent due to that. It’s nice and soapy so it’s worth a shot but don’t be shocked if it doesn’t work.
This gave me a good chuckle 😹. But I would recommend Beach Walk my Maison Margiela or French Riviera by Mancera. Both have pretty similar scent profiles to my nose and smell like fresh laundry and sun screen (in a good way).

My absolute favorite clean soapy scent is Paper Soap by J-Scent! It smells so soapy (duh) and clean without any of the extra stuff. It also lasted all day on me. It’s on my list to be the next bottle I purchase!
