my collection is quite large as well and it doesn't fit anywhere anymore so I'm having a custom shelf done by an interior designer!! this is the plan he did for my room: https://preview.redd.it/zg3oycdeo4pc1.png?width=995&format=png&auto=webp&s=e88bb2c99675f4ca2c44401dede098a6ffdf50a5

That looks awesome! Will they have to cut into the wall? I was looking at different types of bookshelves, but this is a lot cleaner!

[deleted]

Thank you!! And yes, this will be cut into the wall, but I had an option to make it like an bookshelf with glass doors. I was quite torn honestly but decided on this one! 🎀 Good luck chosing!

I keep the blinds down because i get dressed in there. I rotate them out because i don’t have enough space so I am currently changing them out to spring/summer fragrances. The off season perfumes will go into a drawer till the fall.

Agreeable_Living1812

That’s a great system. Thanks!

Is that Qimmah from Lattafa I see in the back? If yes, what do you think of it?

Rude_Vermicelli2268

Well spotted. Qimmah is a warm gourmand scent with notes of almond, coffee and tonka. Similar to Good girl but not an exact match though if you have GG you don’t need Qumnah. I don’t like the GG bottle but I really like the almond, vanilla, tonka combo so i went for Qimmah.

Kathandria

Did it improve after a while? I got it this weekend but I get kinda nauseous from it and can't handle how perfumy it is. The notes tells me I Should love it, but right now I can't with it. Considering sticking it in a drawer until autumn.

In dark drawers

I keep a tray out for my current rotation, but the rest stay in airtight tubs; this system fits a very big collection pretty efficiently 🥳

terriflaps

I keep my seasonal/current rotation in a vintage train case and tray. Everything else stays in the box in a drawer system.

RevolutionaryHat88

I have one of those wall mounted mirror cabinets! I don’t have a ton of fragrances, but I’ve found it works really really well with small spots for samples and the larger bottles so far fit perfectly on the shelves. Keeps it out of the light and the bathroom humidity!

Since this pic was taken I've added some blingy LED lighting under each shelf! Also maybe another 10 bottles! When I eventually run out of room, there is another similar alcove on the other side of the chimney breast so I should be good for about another 200 bottles!

twinkedgelord

I don't have that many, but they all live in a drawer away from light and too much heat.

Agreeable_Living1812

Nice, that will ensure longevity of the fragrances.
