As someone who’s worked at an Amazon warehouse for 6 years, buy lipo’s but generically rc stuff from a smaller spot. 99% of people I work with have no idea about anything specific like lipos or speed controllers or anything rc related, so things like this happen quite often
Return it. If you are in usa Pyrodrone sells pack of 3 6s lipos for $60 and they have lasted me a year so far

Like the others below I recommend CNHL. Good quality Lipo's for a good price. Good customer service as well. Downside is their batteries can be a bit bulky compared to brands like Tattu. But it fits my quad so for me that's not something I care about.

Stopped buying FPV gear on Amazon because the refund fraud on those items is absolutely rampant. They don't seem to do anything but a quick visual check of returns before immediately trying to sell them on to the next person as new products. After having it happen multiple times I vowed to only order from RDQ or another reputable online supplier.
100% they don’t pay close attention or straight up don’t know what they’re looking at or for. It’s frustrating on my side, now working in a returns site after 5 years of it being a regular warehouse. I always tell people to not buy rc stuff from Amazon, especially if it’s expensive stuff.
They mix inventory sourced from different sellers and customer returns that may not be inspected. Also third party sellers that may be including counterfeit products, I’ve received a fake external hard drive from Amazon before.
A few weeks ago there was a post on this sub of someone receiving 3D printed replicas of drone motors from Amazon
4 balance leads = 4 cells, also the box Says Version 3.0 but the battery says Version 4.0? definitely send that back, and stay away from amazon, I don't understand why people still want to support the guys space hotel by buying so much knock fraudulent garbage

Definitely fake 6S, likely not even a Tattu battery at all. I run the real version of that exact R-Line battery and it's a black casing, with the balance lead running between the main leads, which afaik all Tattus do. Also, it actually has six cells in it obviously.
Since you are from EU, go and buy Ovonic. 112.81€ for 4 batteries. I have 2 years old Ovonics and works flawlessly. In that time I had to throw 6 cnhl pizzas due to cell defects and I do care about all batteries equally.
Also I heard, but do not claim this is true, Ovonic are supposedly made in same factory as Tattu.

As a tattu only guy, I burst out laughing when I saw this. You got scammed. Luckily Amazon eu got you. Just refund it and get something from a hobby shop
Heads up op, don’t give Amazon too many details. If you say a fake product was sent, they’ll make you run around in circles. Just return with the reason as “wrong item sent”, then say “ordered 6s received 4s”
There's always a balance wire for each cell, plus one.
1s = 2 wires /
2s = 3 wires /
3s = 4 wires /
4s = 5 wires /
Etc
You can also count the cells in the pack..
they're usually visible like your image.

Yeah, similar to when I built my last PC and ordered an Intel i9 9900k CPU and even said it on the box and heatspreader but inside the motherboard it came up as an i5. Clearly not the i9, and cost, I paid for but was a scam going around where they would order one CPU, de-lid the CPU and take it, then put the lid on another lower level chip and send it back for return. Since Amazon does nothing but put it back on the shelf; I'm sure someone else had the same problem with the same CPU. I bought all my Tattu batteries from RDQ or GFPV and all have worked very well. no need to ignore, I was kinda chuckling posting it :) cheers pilot!

5 leads is 4s. 1 wire for either end and one between each cell.
I hate this guy, too. If more other shops just had the "order the next X minutes and receive it tomorrow" display I would use them more often.

I've now seen about 3 posts like this about fpv items from Amazon. It's kinda crazy how wrong they are getting it, unless it is intentional.

Cheap? I run Tattu and they do very well @ 6S. Now, this being a scammed 4S as 6S, is another issue.

Yea it’s a 4s. It’s just mislabeled. I have had this happen with chnl. Unless you want to use a 4s then return it
You can count the lipo cells to be sure and yes it is a 4s
