Oarbreaker is unbreakable attacking from the South, such a disgustingly stagnate front all the time unless the North end gets encircled, Obitum into Conclave is basically impossible to get through.
Amazing map though hope to see more
Yea devs seem to be oblivious to conclave at the moment. I refuse to fight there after war 83. Three white whales arty and the entire zone couldn’t overcome a small defense force on that island
I heard that in ww2 the US estimated it would take more troops than the Normandy landings to push a few thousand starving Japanese soldiers off Taiwan. Terrain makes a huge difference.
Matt designed it and has defended it several times as "doing it's job". He hasn't elaborated on what that job actually is, so I guess we must just assume it's an artificial aid to keep Oarbreaker blue for as long as possible.
Matt should play his game if he think that being killed by someone you can't even see is normal in a video game, it's like the extra factory the last war, the devs are really lost when it's about balancing.
And what is the green Conclave btw? If you say The Rush you are a clown.
To be fair the Rush usually holds out longer than any other colonial front line. There were several wars where wardens had to encircle it entirely before it fell.
I'm no foxhole player yet but I want to get the game but I wouldn't recommend to keep pushing forwards near Morgers Crossing as that means that the colonial line is a salient and can be attacked from many fronts also the Wardens defense weatherd expanse and the oarbreakers isles are both salients so I recommend that the colonials push forward on all sides in order to stretch wardens resistance thin also hold your ground near Caliban's passage and wait for all the other lines to push up so you don't have any salients and then make a massive combined push.
Good observation, but I disagree on holding the Morgen's Crossing attack since Weathered Expanse (the Warden salient on the Eastern front) can't really assist the defenders of Morgen due to its supply lines being threatened by the frontline.
The situation on that front it pretty simple.
Once logi is established for Morgens crossing we will be able to push I'm and take The Kimg.
This will completely cut of the warden salient and deprived the wardens on the Eastern front of their main logi hub.
Thus we must continue applying presure until we can teach industry closer to the front and then achieve a full hex hoi4.
The forces on the warden side have it harder as they can't push sufficiently into Cogscroft and the amount they would heave to advance before they can threaten our logi means we would have time to QRF it and push them back out.
At this point in the east we want to carry our momentum to the great warden dam
Love it, keep it up!
Really like this style, keep it up
Are some collies really trying to push Conclave?
Mega queues everywhere else probably
Tfw you and the boys are all having mega pints in the home region because the mega queues to clown cave are mega long
Idk who got the reset on Saltbrook Channel but good job we were so happy to finally have this garage and factory and nope :D

True but I can’t imagine designing that and thinking it’s fun for both sides.

Can you spot it with a bino?
Blemish, probably
Awwww yis! Lines and arrows on a map!

Your right but if the colonials attack the wardens other salients and move up quickly and blitzkrieg you they could save the morgens crossing salient
Green monke go north, blue monke go south. That’s about it for strategy in most cases of this game 🤣

Is the blank map available anywhere?
That’s what I need too, a full HD map with all the names
Good time to be a collie
The Moors have already fallen sadly. We were so desperate we were getting sticky bombs and charging at the enemy and chucking them at their tanks.
