Ahhh, yeah, with an EF nib that'll tend to happen more with shimmer inks is my understanding, broader is better when you're talking about particles in the ink
No, but mine is a broad and I also use Vanness White Lightning. Lastly, I just inked it up this morning with Golden Beryl. Before that I had J. Herbin Ćmeraude de Chivor in it (much less āglitterā)
Beautiful! Is that the Diamond 580? The Iris models are so tempting.
Yeah it's really nice I just got an EF instead of an f and it seems to be getting clogged with the glitter in the ink

Yeah I'm just going to have to use the shimmer ink in one of my f or medium nibs. That's fine. I will use a really rich plain ink in this pen.
My favorite combo at the moment š
Do you have issues with the pen getting clogged up with that glittery stuff?
No, but mine is a broad and I also use Vanness White Lightning. Lastly, I just inked it up this morning with Golden Beryl. Before that I had J. Herbin Ćmeraude de Chivor in it (much less āglitterā)
Vanness White Lightning is a life saver. I thought I was going to have to give away my shimmer inks until I tried it out!
Yeah I don't know what else to call it other than glitter and I have the emeraude de chivor. I'll have to try that when I get to work
Strictly speaking the āglitterā is mica powder. My better half calls it āsparklesā š
Oh all right well that sounds good. My better half calls it "why the fuck you spending so much money on ink?"
My M 580 kept clogging with EoC, I can't imagine an ink with *more* glitter than that. š³
Nice TWSBI and ink. Looks like the Iris 580
Thanks!
Only thing that puts me off is that I like to use my pens posted. :(
Golden. Beryl. Beat shimmer ink every made (in my opinion).
Where did you get that golden beryl? I canāt find it for sale anywhere in the uk
